In March 2018, NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation began work on the manufacture of a Mill Shell project for a valued client.

The process from commencement to completion involved Supplying and Cutting of material, Rolling and Pressing, Fabrication, Machining and Laser Tracking, Blasting and Painting, Fitting and Sourcing Rubber Lining from our sub-contractor.

The Mill Shell used approximately 40Tonne of steel and had total dimensions of 3.1m in diameter, and 12.5m long. Our highly skilled and specialist teams worked together during all steps of the manufacturing process to ensure NEPEAN Engineering and Innovation successfully met the client’s project requirements and were able to complete the job in-house.
